20. VEHICLE EXEMPTIONS FROM MARKINGS AND ISSUANCE OF NON-GOVERNMENT LICENSE PLATES Pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-538-03, approve exemption from markings and non-government license plates for the vehicle replacing 711110 to be used by Adult Probation. Upon approval of this agenda item vehicle information including year, make, model and vehicle identification number will be provided to the Clerk of Board. The replacement vehicle will be used similarly to the vehicle currently used listed above by the Department for fugitive apprehension efforts. The exemption from markings and non-government license plates is requested due to the vehicle being used for activities of a confidential or sensitive nature involving felony probation absconders. This will be a take home vehicle because investigations and apprehensions are not scheduled with set hours. (C-11-19-009-2-00)
