25. BUDGET ADJUSTMENT FOR CASE MANAGEMENT RFP FOR PROBATION OFFICES Pursuant to A.R.S. §42-17106(B), authorize the following appropriation adjustments to the FY 2021 budget: 1. Increase the expenditure authority for the Adult Probation (D110) General Fund (100) Probation Case Management System RFP (PCM1) budget by $420,0 00. 2. Increase the expenditure authority for the Juvenile Probation (D270) General Fund (100) Probation Case Management System RFP (PCM1) budget by $420,000. 3. Decrease the expenditure authority for Non Departmental (D470) General Fund (100) Non-Recurr ing (NRNP) budget in the line “Adult Probation Case Management RFP Contingency” (4711) by $840,000. The funding is to engage the services of a consultant who will develop detailed system requirements and technical requirements, write an RFP solicitation, and conduct an evaluation of proposals submitted by vendors for a case management system. The case management system is intended for use throughout Adult and Juvenile Probation. (C-11-21-647-X-00)
