24. AMENDMENT TO LEASE WITH COVENANT PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH Approve and execute Amendment No. 4 to Lease No. L-7282 with Covenant Presbyterian Church for the property located at 1224 West Virginia Avenue Phoenix, Arizona. The purpose of this amendment is to execute a lease renewal for 633 square feet of office space. This agreement provides for Maricopa County to contribute $450.00 per month or $5,400 annually plus rental tax as reimbursement for its share of operating and utility costs. Lessee and Lessor agree to amend the Space Lease Agreement to reflect the actual square feet of lease space to 633 square feet. This amendment is effective from January 1, 2010 to December 31, 2013. 23. ADMINISTRATIVE CHANGE TO RECOGNIZE NEW OWNER/LESSOR UNDER LEASE Approve an administrative change to Lease Agreement No. L-7282 to recognize Luis M. Del-Real and Alma R. Del-Real, husband and wife as community property, as the new property owner and property manager with regards to the Adult Probation office space at 1222 East Virginia Avenue, Phoenix, AZ. The County recently received formal notice on March 9, 2016, that Luis M. Del-Rey and Alma R. Del-Rey are the new property owners and successors in interest via Warranty Deed as recorded with the County Recorder on March 8, 2016, Maricopa County Recorder number 2016-0150124. All rent payments and Notices due under the Agreement shall be sent to Luis M. Del-Real and Alma R. Del-Real, 3924 W. Edgemont Avenue, Phoenix, AZ 85009. The lease expires December 31, 2017. Section 17 of the lease allows for termination upon 90-day written notice of either Party to the other. (C-11-99-004-4-06)
