9. AMENDMENT TO SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT WITH MARSHALL & SWIFT Approve Amendment No. 2 to a Sole Source Contract between Marshall & Swift and Maricopa County through the Assessor's Office in the not-to-exceed amount of $52,500. The purpose of this amendment is to receive one additional flat file segregated cost dataset. This amendment is effective from May 24, 2010 to December 31, 2010. All other terms and conditions of the Sole Source Contract remain in full force and effect. (C-12-07-002-2-02)
