7. SALARY ADJUSTMENT Approve a waiver to Compensation Policy, B7002, Salary Adjustment, to allow salary adjustments for Jason Barr and John Mulvihill retroactively to September 3, 2012. These salary adjustments are being requested because the employees have met the requirements of a Board approved Career Path going from Appraiser II to Appraiser III. The Assessor’s Office will absorb the financial impact of these retroactive pay actions. (C-12-13-001-M-00)
