9. SALARY ADJUSTMENT Approve a waiver to Compensation Policy, B7002, Salary Advancement, to allow salary advancement for Lauren Fleshman retroactively to October 29, 2012. This salary adjustment is being requested because the employee has met the requirements of a Board approved Career Path going from Appraiser I to Appraiser II. The Assessor’s Office will absorb the financial impact of this retroactive pay action. (C-12-13-003-M-00)
