11. EXECUTIVE COMPENSATION PACKAGE Approve an Executive Compensation Package (ECP) for Ned Chappell, an unclassified Chief Appraiser-Litigation for the Assessor's Office. If approved, this ECP agreement will authorize a deposit of 80 hours of vacation time and 40 hours of sick leave to Ned Chappell's leave balances with an effective of January 7, 2013.
