6. SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT WITH ESRI CANADA LIMITED Approve a sole source contract with ESRI Canada Limited with an estimated cost of $410,000 for the Assessor's Office Desktop Review (DTR) pilot project. The Assessor’s Office would like to complete a pilot project with ESRI Canada Desktop Review integrated software. This software will give the Assessor’s Office the ability to utilize a fully integrated solution using ArcGIS, Oblique Imaging, Street Front Imaging, Geo-Referenced Building Sketches and our own CAMA data so we can comprehensively review parcels in the defined pilot project area. This solution will give us the ability to view this property information simultaneously while giving our users the ability to make changes to the building sketches and CAMA data as error or omission are detected. It is anticipated this solution would improve the efficiency of our office by reducing the amount of field visits required as property issues arise. The Office of Procurement Services advertised this Sole Source request on April 04, 2013 and April 11, 2013 and no other vendors have come forward that meet the requirements of the pilot project.
