8. SALARY ADJUSTMENT Approve a waiver to Compensation Policy, B7002, Salary Adjustment, to allow a salary adjustment for Kyle Kamp retroactive to October 1, 2012. This salary adjustment is being requested because the employee has met the requirements of a Board approved Career Path going from Appraiser I to Appraiser II. The Assessor's Office will absorb the financial impact of this retroactive pay action. (C-12-14-006-M-00)
