6. ONE-TIME PAYMENT TO TYLER TECHNOLOGIES, INC. Authorize a one-time payment of $134,400.00 to Tyler Technologies, Inc. for the rendering of services under the Competitive Gap Analysis conducted as part of the Request for Proposal (BS13129-RFP) process to select a vendor to buy, upgrade, install and maintain the Assessor’s Office new Computer Aided Mass Appraisal (CAMA) system. Per the solicitation, the unsuccessful vendor (Tyler Technologies) will be compensated for services provided in the Competitive Gap. Two vendors were selected to participate in this phase of the procurement process. The successful vendor will be compensated through the award of a contract for the new software solution. The proposed contract will be brought to the Board of Supervisors for consideration after the completion of the selection process. (C-12-15-002-M-00)
