10. EXECUTIVE COMPENSATION PACKAGE Approve an exception to the Compensation Plan and the Employee Leave Policy and grant an Executive Compensation Package (ECP) for Heather Drake, a contract Appraiser Assistant Chief in the Assessor’s Office. If approved, this ECP will authorize a deposit of 80 total hours into her leave bank effective 03/09/2015. An exception to the Compensation Plan is needed because under Section XI., contract employees are excluded from receiving an ECP. An exception to the Employee Leave Policy is needed because under Section V.B., a contract employee cannot receive an annual lump sum of vacation hours that exceed the amount of leave a classified employee with an equivalent service date in ASRS would accrue.
