7. EXECUTIVE COMPENSATION PACKAGE Approve an exception to the Compensation Plan and grant an Executive Compensation Package (ECP) for Michael Kelly, an unclassified Operations/Program Manager in the Assessor’s Office. If approved, this ECP will authorize a deposit of 80 hours of vacation time his leave balance. This request is for a one-time allotment of these additional hours. An exception to the Compensation Plan is needed because under Section XI., ECPs are for top management positions at a level equivalent to department deputy director or above. (C-12-15-006-M-00)
