8. AMENDMENT TO SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT WITH MARSHALL & SWIFT/BOECKH, LLC FOR COMPUTER SOFTWARE SERVICES Approve and allow the Maricopa County Assessor’s Office to exercise a 5 year extension option and extend the Marshall & Swift/Boeckh, LLC - CoreLogic Solutions, LLC contact (11133-SS) to expire on July 31, 2021. The estimated contract cost of this 5 year extension is $2,300,000. As part of this contract extension we are amending this contract so M&S/CoreLogic can develop and provide a square foot software engine (programs, database, and data sets) for all property types to integrate into the new CAMA system provided by Vision Government Solutions (MARS Project). With the approval of this contract extension, direct OMB to make a FY 2017 Tentative-to-Final Budget change, increasing the Assessor’s Office General Fund Operating Budget by $256,158, along with annual budget increases as identified in the Expenditure Impact by FY field below.
