COMPETITION IMPRACTICABLE CONTRACT FUNDING INCREASE WITH STARCAP MARKETING/APEX SOFTWARE Approve and allow the Office of Procurement Service to increase funding by $49,610 on Competition Impracticable (CI) contract (14092-CI) with Starcap Marketing/Apex Software. The Assessor's Office purchased Apex Software as our sketching tool several years ago. This sketching tool gives our appraisers the ability to electronically replicate the building outlines of each property in Maricopa County. This CI funding increase request will give us the ability to continue to pay for the annual software maintenance on Apex's proprietary software through April 1, 2019. (C-12-17-004-M-00)
