103. BUDGET APPROPRIATION ADJUSTMENT – ASSESSOR’S COMPUTER AIDED MASS APPRAISAL (CAMA) SYSTEM / MARS PROJECT 1. Approve an increase to the Computer Aided Mass Appraisal (CAMA) project in the amount of $3,984,198 from a total of $24,887,723 to $28,871,921. 2. Approve a fund transfer in the amount of $3,984,198 from the General Fund County Improvement Fund (445) to the County Improvement COP Series 2015 Fund (440). 3. In accordance with A.R.S. 42-17106(B), authorize the following amendments to the FY 2021 Annual Budget and 5 Year CIP Non-Departmental (D470) Budget: a) Increase the revenue appropriation in the County Improvement COP Series 2015 Fund (440) in the amount of $3,984,198. b) Increase the expenditure authority in the General Fund County Improvement Fund (445) in the amount of $3,984,198. c) Update the Non-Recurring Non-Project Eliminations revenue and expenditure budget by ($3,984,198) to offset the fund transfer. d) Increase the expenditure authority for the County Improvement COP Series 2015 Fund (440) Computer Aided Mass Appraisal (CAMA) by $696,137 from $2,851,260 to $3,547,397. e) Decrease the expenditure authority in the Non-Departmental Grants Fund (249) Non-Recurring Non-Project (NRNP) in the line “Unassigned Contingency” (4711) by $696,137. f) Amend the FY 2021 – 2025 five-year Capital Improvement Plan, County Improvement COP Series 2015 Fund (440), Year 2 (FY 2022) by increasing the expenditure budget for the Computer Aided Mass Appraisal (CAMA) project by $2,306,071 from $1,509,116 to $3,815,187. g) Amend the FY 2021 – 2025 five-year Capital Improvement Plan, County Improvement COP Series 2015 Fund (440), Year 3 (FY 2023) by increasing the expenditure budget for the Computer Aided Mass Appraisal (CAMA) project by $981,990 from $0 to $981,990.
