9. CONTRACT EXTENSION WITH CO-STAR REALTY INFORMATION INC. Approve a three (3) year Competition Impracticable contract extension with Co-Star Realty Information Inc. in the amount of $480,652 for the software licensing and use of Co-Star’s Commercial Real Estate application. Co-Star Realty Information, Inc. provides a web-based application that allows our office to retrieve accurate property and sales data for commercial property within Maricopa County. This data is then used to assist us with our property valuation requirements. This is the only vendor that is known who provides this type of data for all commercial property types. Our office has used Co-Star for many years and have built our processes around Co-Star's web application information. (C-12-22-012-X-00)
