45. TRANSFER EXPENDITURE AUTHORITY FOR SIREN REMOVAL Pursuant to A.R.S. 42-17106(b), transfer expenditure authority of $28,800 from the Non-Departmental (470) Non-Departmental Grant Fund (249) Non-Recurring (0001) "Potential Fee Increases" lines to the Emergency Management (150) Emergency Management Grant Fund (215) Non-Recurring (0001). Also decrease the revenue appropriation in Non-Departmental (470) Non-Departmental Grants Fund (249) Non-Recurring (0001) Potential Expenditures from Fund Balance line by $28,800. This adjustment will allow the Department of Emergency Management to utilize fund balance to pay for the removal of dilapidated civil defenses sirens and ancillary equipment. The adjustment will result in a countywide net impact of zero. (C-15-09-011-G-00)
