89. GRANT FUNDS FOR MARICOPA COUNTY CITIZEN CORPS PLANNER POSITION Approve the application of grant funds from Arizona State Homeland Security, (FY10SHSGP), in the not-to-exceed amount of $82,162 for the purpose of Maricopa County Citizen Corps Planner Position. The grant award begins on October 1, 2010 and ends on September 30, 2011. Authorize the Chairman to sign all documents related to these grant funds, as applicable. The grant allows a 5% rate for indirect costs, or $3,912 which may be incurred by the Department of Emergency Management or Maricopa County for the administration of this grant. The Maricopa County Department of Finance has calculated the Department of Emergency Management's composite indirect cost rate at 15.2%, or $11,894. The non-recoverable indirect cost of administering this grant is $7,981. (C-15-10-011-M-00)
