94. GRANT FUNDS FOR TRAINING AND EXERCISE Approve the application of grant funds from Arizona State Homeland Security, (FY10SHSGP), in the not-to-exceed amount of $194,000 for the regional use of training and exercise funds for the all the jurisdictions within Maricopa County. Authorize the Director to sign all documents related to these grant funds, as applicable. This grant will be MOU’d to the Arizona Division of Emergency Management (ADEM) upon receipt of award letter. Indirect costs are not applicable since Emergency Management will not accept the grant funding. The Arizona Department of Emergency and Military Affairs will retain and manage the grant during the performance period. (C-15-10-018-G-00)
