45. GRANT FUNDS FOR MARICOPA COUNTY CITIZEN CORPS PLANNER POSITION Approve the application of grant funds from Arizona State Homeland Security, (FY11SHSGP), in the not-to-exceed amount of $82,162. for the purpose of Maricopa County Citizen Corps Planner Position. The grant award begins on October 1, 2011 and ends on September 30, 2012. Authorize the Chairman to sign all documents related to these grant funds, as applicable. The grant does not allow for recovery of indirect costs. The amount of unrecoverable Indirect cost is $11,338.36. The Maricopa County Department of Finance has calculated the Department of Emergency Management's composite indirect cost rate at 13.80%, or $11,338.36. (C-15-11-011-M-00)

44. AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT WITH ARIZONA DEPARTMENT OF HOMELAND SECURITY CITIZEN CORP PLANNER Approve Amendment No. 1 to an Agreement between Arizona Department of Homeland Security (AZDOHS) (888200-03) and Maricopa County through the Department of Emergency Management. The purpose of this amendment is to Grant an extension. This amendment is non-financial and is effective from October 1, 2011 until December 31, 2012. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect. (C-15-11-011-M-02)
