21. ACCEPT GRANT FUNDS FROM ARIZONA STATE HOMELAND SECURITY FOR MARICOPA COUNTY CITIZEN CORPS Accept the grant funds from Arizona State Homeland Security, (FY12SHSGP) grant number 999200-02, in the not-to-exceed amount of $73,300.00 for the purpose of Maricopa County Citizen Corps Coordinator/Planner. The grant award begins on October 1, 2012 and ends on September 30, 2013. Authorize the Director to sign all documents related to these grant funds, as applicable. The Maricopa County Department of Finance has calculated the Department of Emergency Management's composite indirect cost rate at 12.3%. This grant does not allow for indirect costs to be recoverable. The unrecoverable amount is $9,015.90. (C-15-12-004-M-01)
