AGREEMENT WITH FEDERAL EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT AGENCY INTEGRATED PUBLIC ALERT AND WARNING SYSTEM (IPAWS) PROGRAM MANAGEMENT OFFICE Approve an Agreement between Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Integrated Public Alert and Warning System (IPAWS) Program Management Office and Maricopa County through the Department of Emergency Management, for the purpose of establishing an agreement regarding the utilization of the IPAWS Open Platform for Emergency Alerting System (EAS). This Agreement is non-financial and is effective from August 8, 2012 until August 8, 2015. (C-15-13-003-3-00)
