24. EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT IGA TO ASSIST THE CITIES AND TOWNS WITH THEIR EMERGENCY OPERATIONS PLANS Approve an Intergovernmental Agreement between Avondale, Buckeye, Carefree, Cave Creek, Chandler, El Mirage, Fountain Hills, Gilbert, Guadalupe, Litchfield Park, Mesa, Paradise Valley, Peoria, Phoenix, Scottsdale, Surprise, Tempe, Wickenburg, Youngtown, and Salt River Pima Maricopa Indian Community and Maricopa County through the Department of Emergency Management, in the not-to-exceed amount of $182,583.00. The purpose of this Intergovernmental Agreement is to assist the cities and towns with their Emergency Operations Plans (EOP), training and exercises and assist in the process of disaster recovery. This Intergovernmental Agreement is effective from July 1, 2013 until June 30, 2018. (C-15-13-012-3-00)

25. AMENDMENT TO EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT IGA TO ASSIST THE CITIES AND TOWNS WITH THEIR EMERGENCY OPERATIONS PLANS Approve Amendment No. 1 to an Intergovernmental Agreement between Glendale, Goodyear, Guadalupe, Queen Creek, Tolleson, Youngtown and Maricopa County through the Department of Emergency Management in the not-to-exceed amount of $205,000.00. The purpose of this amendment is to include additional municipalities to the IGA for the purpose of assisting their cities and towns with their Emergency Operations Plans (EOP), training and exercises and assist in the process of disaster recovery. This amendment is effective from July 1, 2013 to June 30, 2018. All other terms and conditions of the Intergovernmental Agreement remain in full force and effect. (C-15-13-012-3-01)

AMENDMENT TO EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT IGA TO ASSIST THE CITIES AND TOWNS WITH THEIR EMERGENCY OPERATIONS PLANS Approve Amendment No. 2 to the Intergovernmental Agreement between Town of Gila Bend and Maricopa County through the Department of Emergency Management in the not-to-exceed amount of $823.38. The purpose of this amendment is to include additional municipality to the IGA for the purpose of assisting their cities and towns with their Emergency Operations Plans (EOP), training and exercises and assist in the process of disaster recovery. This amendment is effective from January 1, 2015 to June 30, 2018. All other terms and conditions of the Intergovernmental Agreement remain in full force and effect. (C-15-13-012-3-02)
