29. SUBGRANTEE REIMBURSEMENT AGREEMENT WITH CITY OF GOODYEAR FOR PRESIDENT’S HEALTHY FOREST INITIATIVE Approve a Reimbursement Agreement between the City of Goodyear (the “City”) (CFDA # 15.242) and Maricopa County through the Department of Emergency Management, in not-to-exceed amount of $25,000.00. This grant is funded by the National Fire Plan through the US Bureau of Land Management. The reimbursement period is effective February 1, 2014 and expires June 22, 2014. Grant revenues are not local revenues for the purpose of the constitutional expenditure limitation, and therefore, expenditure of the funds is not prohibited by the budget law. This budget adjustment does not alter the budget constraining the expenditure of local revenues duly adopted by the board pursuant to A.R.S. 42-17105. (C-15-14-009-G-00)

45. AMENDMENT TO SUBGRANTEE REIMBURSEMENT AGREEMENT WITH CITY OF GOODYEAR FOR PRESIDENT’S HEALTHY FOREST INITIATIVE Approve Amendment No. 01 to an Intergovernmental Agreement between City of Goodyear and Maricopa County through the Department of Emergency Management in the not-to-exceed amount of $25,000.00. This amendment is funded by a grant from National Fire Plan through the US Bureau of Land Management, C-15-14-009-G-00. The purpose of this amendment is to change extend the end date to September 26, 2014. This amendment is effective from February 1, 2014 to September 26, 2014. All other terms and conditions of the Intergovernmental Agreement remain in full force and effect. (C-15-14-009-G-01)
