37. IGA WITH MARICOPA COMMUNITY COLLEGE DISTRICT Approve an Intergovernmental Agreement between Maricopa Community College District and Maricopa County through the Department of Emergency Management, in the not-to-exceed amount of $10,000. The purpose of this Intergovernmental Agreement is to assist the Maricopa Community College District with the development of a comprehensive emergency management District-wide response. This Intergovernmental Agreement is effective from July 1, 2014 until June 30, 2018. Also, approve revenue and expenditure appropriation adjustments to the Department of Emergency Management (151) Emergency Management (215) associated with the grant in the amount of $10,000.00 for FY 2015. Grant revenues are not local revenues for the purpose of the constitutional expenditure limitation, and therefore, expenditure of the funds is not prohibited by the budget law. This budget adjustment does not alter the budget constraining the expenditure of local revenues duly adopted by the Board pursuant to A.R.S. §42-17105. (C-15-14-010-3-00)

The purpose of this Intergovernmental Agreement is to assist the Maricopa County Community College District with the development of a comprehensive emergency management District-wide response.
