28. SUBGRANTEE REIMBURSEMENT AGREEMENT WITH CITY OF GOODYEAR FOR PRESIDENT’S HEALTHY FOREST INITIATIVE Approve a Reimbursement Agreement between the City of Goodyear and Maricopa County through the Department of Emergency Management, for President's Healthy Forest Initiative, in not-to-exceed amount of $25,000.00. This grant is funded by the National Fire Plan through the U.S. Bureau of Land Management. The reimbursement period is effective April 20th, 2016 and expires August 31st, 2016. Grant revenues are not local revenues for the purpose of the constitutional expenditure limitation, and therefore, expenditure of the funds is not prohibited by the budget law. This budget adjustment does not alter the budget constraining the expenditure of local revenues duly adopted by the board pursuant to A.R.S. §42-17105. (C-15-16-005-3-00)
