REQUEST FOR REVIEW OVER BASELINE Approve an exception to the FY 2019 Budgeting Guidelines and Priorities allowing the review of the following request over baseline: 1. $70,000 in General Fund(100) Operating (OPER) General Fund 100 Operating The Emergency Management Department is requesting $70,000 over baseline in the operating General Fund expenditures for Ground Transportation Services for County employees in Downtown Phoenix. This increase is due to the new emergency contract the county had to enter into since the last vendor was not compliant with contract standards. For the past several fiscal years this service has depended on Operating General Fund monies for the recurring expense. For FY 2019, Emergency Management department is requesting that General Funds be utilized for this purpose, but requests the funds be designated as operating funds due to the recurring and routine nature of the expenditures.
