27. SUBGRANTEE REIMBURSEMENT AGREEMENT WITH RIO VERDE FIRE DISTRICT FOR THE NATIONAL FIRE PLAN Approve a(n) Agreement between Rio Verde Fire District and Maricopa County through the Department of Emergency Management, in the not-to-exceed amount of $9,000.00. This Agreement is funded by a grant from Bureau of Land Management, (#L18AC00046). The purpose of this Agreement is to to reduce the risk of catastrophic fire to wildland urban interface communities. This Agreement is effective from August 1, 2019 until November 30, 2019. Grant revenues are not local revenues for the purpose of the constitutional expenditure limitation, and therefore, expenditure of the funds is not prohibited by the budget law. This budget adjustment does not alter the budget constraining the expenditure of local revenues duly adopted by the board pursuant to A.R.S. §42-17105. (C-15-20-001-3-00)
