29. IN-BUILDING LICENSE AGREEMENT WITH VERIZON WIRELESS Approve, and authorize the Chairman to execute, In-Building Agreement P-50341 (“Agreement”) between Cellco Partnership, DBA Verizon Wireless (“Verizon”) and i) Maricopa County (“County”) and ii) Arizona Department of Emergency and Military Affairs (“DEMA”) to allow Verizon to install, operate, and maintain radio distribution or regeneration equipment, including repeaters, amplifiers, base station equipment, antennas and associated network devices (“In-Building Equipment”) on County and District property located at 5630 E. McDowell Road, Phoenix, AZ 85008. This license will allow Verizon, at its sole cost and expense, to install, operate, and maintain In-Building Equipment on County controlled property to improve and enhance cell phone reception within the County and District properties. The term of the agreement is defined as that period of time when County occupies the space which is the subject of this Agreement and continues to utilize the Verizon services in accordance with the terms of the Agreement and any amendments thereto, and will terminate upon discontinuance of those conditions. The license may be terminated pursuant to A.R.S. §38-511. There is no fee to either party for the Agreement. (C-15-20-008-3-00)
