17. SUBGRANTEE REIMBURSEMENT AGREEMENT WITH CITY OF SCOTTSDALE FOR FUEL REDUCTION Approve a subgrantee reimbursement Agreement between City of Scottsdale and Maricopa County through the Department of Emergency Management, in the not-to-exceed amount of $20,000.00. This Agreement is funded by a grant from Department of Forestry through Title III Forestry Fee. The purpose of this Agreement is to reduce the risk of catastrophic fire to wildland urban interface communities. This Agreement is effective from January 01, 2023 until June 30, 2023. Gran t revenues are not local revenues for the purpose of the constitutional expenditure limitation, and therefore, expenditure of the funds is not prohibited by the budget law. (C-15-23-016-X-00)
