40. AMENDMENT TO EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT IGA TO ASSIST CITIES AND TOWNS WITH THEIR EMERGENCY OPERATIONS PROGRAMS WITH CITY OF SCOTTSDALE Approve Amendment to Intergovernmental Agreement between Maricopa County through the Department of Emergency Management and the following cities/towns: City of Scottsdale. The purpose of this Intergovernmental Agreement is to assist in developing their Emergency Operations Plan, conducting exercises and training, educating the public, as well as providing a variety of other related technical and administrative services and guidance to develop and maintain state and federal mandated emergency plans and programs. This Intergovernmental Agreement is effective from June 30, 2023 through June 30, 2028. This IGA with City of Scottsdale is a 5 year IGA. (C-15-23-022-X-00)
