67. SECURITY SERVICES BUDGET INCREASE Approve the following amendments to the FY2024 budget for personnel and equipment. In accordance with A.R.S. 42-17106(B), approve the following amendments to the FY 2024 budget: Increase the expenditure appropriation in the Emergency Management (D150) General Fund (100) Operating (OPER) budget by $681,845 Increase the expenditure appropriation in the Emergency Management (D150) General Fund (100) Non Recurring (NRNP) budget by $458,814. Decrease the expenditure appropriation in the Non Departmental (D470) General Fund (100) Operating (OPER) budget in the “Unreserved Contingency” (4711) line by $681,845 Decrease the expenditure appropriation in the Non Departmental (D470) General Fund (100) Non Recurring (NRNP) budget in the “Unreserved Contingency” (4711) line by $458,814. These actions will have a County-wide net impact of $0 and they do not alter the budget constraining the expenditure of local revenues duly adopted by the Board pursuant to A.R.S. 42-17105.
