RESOLUTION FOR DELEGATION OF AUTHORITY – DESIGNATION OF APPLICANT AGENT FOR MITIGATION PROGRAM Adopt a resolution regarding Designation of Applicant’s Agent to the Deputy Director of Emergency Management. This resolution will allow the designated Applicant’s Agent to execute and file with the appropriate authorities any applications necessary for Maricopa County Department of Emergency Management to receive financial assistance under the Disaster Relief Act, or the Hazard Mitigation Assistance Grant.
