63. ADDITIONS TO FLEET – SECURITY SERVICES Approve addition of two full sized SUVs to County fleet for the Emergency Management Department, specifically the Security Services Division. Due to an increase in patrol activities, Security Services requires additional vehicles to maintain adequate coverage across County facilities and properties. These vehicles will be primarily used to conduct regular patrols around County buildings and grounds, providing safety and security for County personnel and visitors. Purchase Costs: $52,797 per vehicle Upfit Costs: $26,533 per vehicle Total Estimated Costs: $79,350 per vehicle Estimated Annual Operations Expense: $11,304 per vehicle Special Requests: Approve exemption from markings per A.R.S. § 38-538-03 for the 2 new vehicles. Budget Approval: This request has been reviewed and aligns with the approved budget for the Fiscal Year 2026. Accounting String: 100-D150-1520-9300-SCRT-1001 Annual Operating Costs: The annual operating expenses for these vehicles are expected to be $22,608 total and will be maintained by the General Fund.
