64. SECURITY SERVICES BUDGET INCREASE Approve the following amendments for the FY2026 budget for personnel and equipment. The allocation of additional funds for security personnel will enhance protection measures and support evolving safety standards. Intel Analyst: the allocation of additional funds for an Intelligence Analyst is critical to enhance threat analysis capabilities and support strategic decision-making processes. Rightsizing Overtime: Adjusting the overtime budget is necessary to align expenditures with operational workload demands, thereby optimizing resource utilization and controlling costs. In accordance with A.R.S. 42-17106(B), approve the following amendments to the FY 2026 budget: Increase the expenditure appropriation in the Emergency Management (D150) General Fund (100) Operating (OPER) budget by $442,404 Increase the expenditure appropriation in the Emergency Management (D150) General Fund (100) Non Recurring (NRNP) budget by $278,480. Decrease the expenditure appropriation in the Non Departmental (D470) General Fund (100) Operating (OPER) budget in the “Unreserved Contingency” (4711) line by $442,404. Decrease the expenditure appropriation in the Non Departmental (D470) General Fund (100) Non Recurring (NRNP) budget in the “Unreserved Contingency” (4711) line by $278,480. Finally, authorize the Office of Budget and Finance to include the following changes to the FY 2027 budget baselines: Increase the expenditure in the Emergency Management (D150) General Fund (100) Operating (OPER) budget by $298,910. These actions will have a County-wide net impact of $0 and they do not alter the budget constraining the expenditure of local revenues duly adopted by the Board pursuant to A.R.S. 42-17105.
