MOU BETWEEN MARICOPA COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT AND MARICOPA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE FOR PARTNERSHIP OF INTELLIGENCE ANALYST Approve a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the Department of Emergency Management and Sheriff’s Office for partnership of Intelligence Analyst. The purpose of this MOU is to outline the responsibilities, expectations, and cooperative framework associated with an Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) Analyst position supporting Maricopa County Department Emergency Management (MCDEM). This position strengthens situational awareness, supports proactive threat mitigation, and enhances information sharing between MCDEM, Maricopa County Sheriff's Office, and other County partners.
