A-2. TRANSFER OF EXPENDITURE AUTHORITY FOR CLERK OF SUPERIOR COURT JUDICIAL COLLECTION ENHANCEMENT FUND Pursuant to A.R.S. § 42-17106, transfer expenditure appropriation of $170,000 from the Non-Departmental (470) Non-Departmental Grants Fund (249) Non-Recurring/Non-Project (0001) Potential Expenditures from Fund Balance line to Clerk of the Superior Court (160) Judicial Enhancement Fund (208) Non-Recurring/Non-Project (0001). Approval of this action will allow for FY 2008-09 expenditures from fund balance. This action results in a net impact of zero and does not change the duly adopted budget as approved by the Board of Supervisors pursuant to A.R.S. §42-17105. (C-16-09-010-2-00)
