13. IGA WITH DEPARTMENT OF ECONOMIC SECURITY - DIVISION OF CHILD SUPPORT ENFORCEMENT Approve an Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) between Department of Economic Security (DES) - Division of Child Support Enforcement (DCSE) and Maricopa County through the Clerk of the Superior Court, in the not-to-exceed amount of $1,545,048. The purpose of this Intergovernmental Agreement is to establish the responsibilities of the Clerk's Office and DES related to reimbursable child support activities. This Intergovernmental Agreement is effective from October 1, 2010 until September 30, 2015. (C-16-11-002-3-00)
