7. APPOINTMENTS Pursuant to A.R.S. § 12-283, approve the official appointment of the following deputies, clerks, and assistants of the Clerk of the Superior Court. Authorize the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors to certify the Official Appointment and Oaths of Office in accordance with A. R. S. § 38-231, and to cause them to be filed with the County Recorder. Effective November 15, 2010 Aurora Jean Beers, Deputy Clerk Effective November 15, 2010 Linda Colleen Berger, Deputy Clerk Effective November 15, 2010 Shawna Leslie Clausen, Deputy Clerk Effective December 13, 2010 Stephen Quentin Rawleigh, Deputy Clerk Effective November 29, 2010 Lisa Marie Timpauer, Deputy Clerk The Clerk of the Superior Court, pursuant to A.R.S. § 12-283, and in accordance with procedures established by the Board of Supervisors, may appoint deputies, clerks, and assistants.
