10. EXECUTIVE COMPENSATION PACKAGE Approve an Executive Compensation Package (ECP) for Richard McHattie, an unclassified Deputy Director in the Clerk of the Superior Court, effective March 21, 2011. If approved, this ECP agreement will authorize a deposit of 60 hours of vacation leave into Richard McHattie's leave balance effective March 21, 2011. (C-16-11-008-M-00)
