11. EXECUTIVE COMPENSATION PACKAGE Approve an Executive Compensation Package (ECP) for Christine Kelly, the unclassified Chief Deputy in the Clerk of the Superior Court, effective March 21, 2011. If approved, this ECP agreement will adjust Christine Kelly’s leave accrual rate to a Schedule 5 Leave Accrual Rate effective March 21, 2011. (C-16-11-009-M-00)
