18. ONE TIME FUNDING FROM JUDICIAL COLLECTION ENHANCEMENT FUND FOR EFILING FOUNDATION PROJECT Approve a one-time expenditure of $205,860 from the Judicial Collection Enhancement Fund (JCEF) in FY 2013 for the Clerk of the Superior Court's eFiling Foundation project. In addition, per A.R.S. 42-17106, transfer FY 2012-13 expenditure appropriation of $205,860 from the Non-Departmental (470) Non-Departmental Grants Fund (249) Non-Recurring (0001) Potential Expenditures from Fund Balance line to Clerk of the Superior Court (160) Judicial Collection Enhancement Fund (208) Non-Recurring/Non-Project (0001). Approval of this action will support the Clerk of the Superior Court’s eFiling Foundation project, which funds contract software developers and quality assurance staff in development, conversion and testing of modules. ONE TIME FUNDING FROM JUDICIAL COLLECTION ENHANCEMENT FUND FOR EFILING FOUNDATION PROJECT Approve a one-time expenditure of $7,128 from the Judicial Collection Enhancement Fund (JCEF) in FY 2013 for the Clerk of the Superior Court’s eFiling Foundation Project. In addition, per A.R.S. 42-17106, transfer FY 2012-13 expenditure appropriation of $7,128 from the Non-Departmental (470) Non-Departmental Grants Fund (249) Non-Recurring (0001) Potential Expenditures from Fund Balance line to Clerk of the Superior Court (160) Judicial Collection Enhancement Fund (208) Non-Recurring/Non-Project (0001). Approval of this action will support the Clerk of the Superior Court’s eFiling Project, which funds contract software developers and quality assurance staff in development, conversion and testing of modules. This authorization is required to complete the one-time expenditures for the eFiling Foundation project. This request is an additional increase from agenda items C-16-13-006-M-00 and C-16-007-M-00 in which the Clerk of the Superior Court was awarded expenditure approvals for the eFiling Foundation project totaling $241,140 from JCEF.
