8. CLERK OF THE COURT VEHICLE SURPLUS Approve the sale of one (1) vehicle (number M0100586 - E-Z Go Electric Golf Cart) which was assigned to the Clerk of the Superior Court. This vehicle has become in excess due to becoming aged out and/or is in poor condition. The Clerk of the Superior Court is requesting approval as this will result in a net decrease in the County fleet. The vehicle will be turned into Equipment Services and sold at public auction.
