7. ONE TIME FUNDING FROM JUDICIAL COLLECTION ENHANCEMENT FUND FOR EFILING FOUNDATION PROJECT Approve a one-time expenditure of $249,520 from the Judicial Collection Enhancement Fund (JCEF) in FY 2014 for the Clerk of the Superior Court’s eFiling Foundation Project. In addition, per A.R.S. §42-17106, transfer FY 2013-14 expenditure appropriation of $249,520 from the Non-Departmental (470) Non-Departmental Grants Fund (249) Non-Recurring (0001) Potential Expenditures from Fund Balance line to Clerk of the Superior Court (160) Judicial Collection Enhancement Fund (208) Non-Recurring/Non-Project (0001). Approval of this action will support the Clerk of the Superior Court’s eFiling project, which funds contract software developers and quality assurance staff in development, conversion and testing of modules as well as maintenance of the system. The Clerk of the Superior Court was awarded expenditure approvals for the eFiling Foundation Project from JCEF. (C-16-14-002-M-00)
