10. DECLARE AS SURPLUS AND TRANSFER FILE SHELVING TO THE CITY OF PHOENIX Declare as surplus 26 file shelving units that are no longer needed by Maricopa County Clerk of Superior Court. Authorize the sale of 26 file shelving units to the City of Phoenix for the sum of $1.00, to be used for the specific purposes of the City, in accordance with Procurement Code Section MCI-803(E).
