9. CLERK OF THE COURT VEHICLE SURPLUS Approve the sale of one (1) vehicle (number M0900828 - 2009 Star 48UH-7HP) which was assigned to the Clerk of the Superior Court. This vehicle is excess due to having outlived its useful life, and is in poor condition. The Clerk of the Superior Court is requesting approval as this will result in a net decrease in the County fleet. The vehicle will be turned in to Equipment Services and sold at public auction.
