9. ONE TIME FUNDING FROM JUDICIAL COLLECTION ENHANCEMENT FUND FOR (IVR) CALL FLOW MANAGEMENT SYSTEM PROJECT Approve a one-time expenditure of $87,625 from the Judicial Collection Enhancement Fund (JCEF) in FY2014 for the Clerk of the Superior Court’s IVR one number call flow management system project. In addition, per A.R.S. §42-17106, transfer FY2013-14 expenditure appropriation of $87,625 from the Non-Departmental (470) Non-Departmental Grants Fund (249) Non-Recurring (0001) Potential Expenditures from Fund Balance line to Clerk of the Superior Court (160) Judicial Collection Enhancement Fund (208) Non-Recurring/Non-Project (0001). Approval of this action will consolidate over 200 telephone numbers into one number to provide callers a single point of entry to the information/services they require of the Clerk’s Office. In partnership with the Office of Enterprise Technology, the Clerk of the Superior Court’s one number call flow management system project will utilize existing OET technology and applications to enhance the caller experience through call flow redesign and programming enhancements inclusive of voice recordings and termination points to ensure a 2-4 button access experience into the Clerk’s office and its services. The Clerk of the Superior Court was awarded expenditure approvals for the IVR one number call flow management system project from JCEF. (C-16-14-015-M-00)
