10. ONE TIME FUNDING FROM JUDICIAL COLLECTION ENHANCEMENT FUND FOR SOFTWARE LIFECYCLE SUPPORT PROJECT Approve a one-time expenditure of $191,360 from the Judicial Collection Enhancement Fund (JCEF) in FY2015 for the Clerk of the Superior Court’s Software Lifecycle Support Project. In addition, per A.R.S. §42-17106, transfer FY2014-15 expenditure appropriation of $191,360 from the Non-Departmental (470) Non-Departmental Grants Fund (249) Non-Recurring (0001) Potential Expenditures from Fund Balance line to Clerk of the Superior Court (160) Judicial Collection Enhancement Fund (208) Non-Recurring/Non-Project (0001). Approval of this action will support the Clerk of the Superior Court’s Software Lifecycle Support Project, which will augment current development staff with a contractor who can provide best practice recommendations for managing and controlling source code versioning, implementing strategies for building software applications and automating deployments, assist in the support and development of new and existing applications and projects, provide documented processes and perform knowledge transfer to existing staff. The Clerk of the Superior Court was awarded expenditure approvals for the Software Lifecycle Support Project from JCEF. (C-16-14-017-M-00)
