8. BUDGET ADJUSTMENT FOR THE CLERK OF SUPERIOR COURT DOCUMENT RETRIEVAL FUND (205) Pursuant to A.R.S. 42-17106(B) approve the following FY2022 Budget Adjustments: 1. Decrease the expenditure appropriation in the Clerk of the Superior Court (D160) Clerk of the Court Judicial Enhancement Fund (202) Non Recurring Non Project (NRNP) by $110,000. 2. Increase the expenditure appropriation in the Clerk of Superior Court (D160) Court Document Retrieval Fund (205) Non Recurring Non Project (NRNP) budget by $110,000. Approval of this action will have a net zero impact on the overall County budget and does not alter the budget constraining expenditures of local revenues duly adopted by the Board pursuant to A.R.S 42-17105.
