Administrative Order #95-50, approved by Presiding Judge Robert D. Myers on June 29, 1995, adopted for the Judicial Branch a policy for the administration of grant funding. The policy is identical in form and substance to the policy adopted by the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors on an annual basis. A summary of each grant has been prepared in accordance with the provisions of the policy. Copies of the agreement and supporting documents have been provided to the Office of Management and Budget, County Finance and Legal Departments. (C-16-23-008-X-00)
